Driver lumbar adjuster

Sat in my seat and pushed my back against it as u do when u get out and my seat clunked and my lumbar support popped back, now my a adjuster arm doesnt seem to be attached to the lumbar itself..... how do u fix this?

Mine did that 2 yrs ago. Simply sit in the back seat, raise the front seat back cover to access the inside of the seat. It is tight but it will go up. Remove the wire and the metal end that have become seperated. The wire needs to go back into the plug and fixed. I did this by refitting the wire and sqeezing the plug in a vice and glue it too to make sure. Mine has been fine since. Hope this helps.
