Drivers seatbelt wire

I was just cleaning my car, and the hoover has pulled out a wire near the drivers seatbelt plug, i presume its the seatbelt warning thing, dies ut just push back in, I've tried but it won't click, any tips.

Ha, I thought that, but the thought of it being unplugged annoys me more.
