Drivers side locking packed in?

Hiya the Remote central locking has decided to mess me about on the drivers side.

It locks but doesn't open, anyone know why this would be and how much to sort?

What car have you got?

This happened on my Mk2 Ph1 and i had to replace the mechinism in the drivers door.

Guess either needs greasing or solinoid has packed in.

Dirt cheap 2nd hand speak to mat brown or winston

One of my doors did this, I took the door panel off and sprayed some WD40 at the mechanism, it soon free'd it up.
