Drivers side main beam gone and indicators on constantly

Right, so the drivers side main beam has Stopped working but instead that side indicators all come on constant until it is turned off. Would this be solved by a new main bulb or is it a deeper electrical problem?

Bought new bulb for £3.70, drove all the way to gf's work to fit it, and it's fixed itself :/
