Drivers side window

Hello all,
Had this problem/thing since purchasing the car about a year ago, here goes.
Even when the key isn't in the ignition I can still wind the drivers side window up and down but not the passenger side, also when the window is fully up and I pull the switch to wind it up further (when obviously you cant) the hazard lights flash???

Whats up with it, anybody got any ideas?
Constant live somewhere?

yeh only drivers one works with no key, dont know why, i expect its some sort of safety feature lol
but aint got a clue about your hazards
