Driveshaft questions!

Right need a new driveshaft for my 1.4 16v (jb1 510 box) will 1 off a 1.2 16v mk2 ph2 fit? look the same and he said it fits but want to double check

what side?? the drivers are most defently different,

passengers id say prob safe to say its the same, but cant say im 100% on that
