I've had this problem before, on a Peugeot 307. Silica gel works very well (the little paper sachet's you get in show boxes etc).

You can get a brand of cat litter that is made of silica gel from Pets at Home, I used some of this tied up in a pair of tights to make a small pouch of it. Wedged it in the back of the headlight for a few days, job done.

I had that problem when i took the rubber off the back on the drivers side and couldn't get it to seat back on properly .I used a Hair dryer with a tube attached , it just blew the moisture about a bit . In the end i left it and it just disappeared naturally over a couple of weeks .
