Hi,

I'm looking to purchase another drying towel so I was just wondering what drying towels you all had.
I've currently got a I4D Uber Blue drying towel but I'm not sure whether to get another one of these or have a change and go for a I4D Uber Premium Yellow drying towel. Is one better than the other?

Cheers :)

lol.

I use a clean your car one. direct from them. Previously used a poorboys one but prefer the CYC effort.

Hi Morg i have seen autobrite place is in stoke, do you know if you can just go there and pick things up or is it mail order? Where is it. Thanks

Yes mate you can go down or order offline. They are on Watermills Road in Chesterton. If you know where AVR Scrappy is its just down there

Cheers for all the replies :D

There always one :rasp:

That's the one I've currently got and its not bad but I think there may be better ones for just a couple of quid more.

That i4d uber thing Big yellow bugger. £10 each. Wash it in 30deg clean water, no detergent and it stays yelolow, and works. mine are a year old and are fantastic.

Might give them a go when the I4D is back up and running

local pound land micro fibre cloth good if your on a budget
Don't want to be paying too much for something to dry the car with but I think I can spend a few pennies on something better than a poundland one.

Got a 3 pack of Megs MC drying towels on special offer at Halfrauds I think (yellow/gold in colour). Was either £10 or £15. Do the job nicely. Also have another of the exact same one from their clay kit. Have a small red one from the AG HD Wax kit and then a larger blue Turtlewax one I picked up somewhere.

Those are MF - Micro Fibres Benny. They won't dry as effectively as the ones listed above because they are not designed for that application.

cheers, i really want to learn it properley, i would love to have a detailling business, got mum dad n brothers car to do now.

  soon to be 182 ;)
i might get laughed at but would a good quality bath towel work? nice and fluffy and big so would dry a bigger area?
