Dumb@ss bucket seat questions

I know nothing about bucket seats, but I want some. I quite like the ones on the link below (I assume thats for 1 seat not 2), but what I don't understand is anything about the sub frames and side mounts. Would I have to buy them seperately? If so, is it gonna cost about a grand to get 2 of the sparco seats, subframes, side mounts and harnesses?

u'll need either subframes or side mounts i think side mounts for fixed bucket seats dont need harnesses though if u dont want them
fixed sparco bucket seats can be had for a couple hundred quid each then side mounts

they are the torino 2 ones (black and leather) on the road seats!
