DVD Rippers

Can anybody suggest a decent programme for ripping DVDs?

I've tried Magic DVD Ripper which seems ok, but I was wondering if there was anything else I should have a look at...

yeah, I want to capture it to some type of avi file, ideally using the DivX Codec.

I want to know this aswell, used that AutoGK the other day and it took ages and i eventually give up after about 3 hours or so (the movie was 2hr 30mins thou).

Doing a HQ encode to divx is never going to win any speed compititions..

Depeding on the speed of your rig 2 - 3 hours sounds about right.

I use VSO's ConvertXtodvd, if im downloading.
Otherwise copying proper dvds i use dvdshrink
