Dynamat? is it worth it.

Anyone used dynamat in there clio? did it help improve sound and reduce outside noise??

weighs too much to go in my car
anyway its the noise of the inside you hear most with the rattly interior

yes 1000 times, It got rid of a lot of rattles when the sub was working, made the sound a bit 'warmer' and let it stay in the car and the outside world eg my exhaust is slightly quieter

i put some dynamat type stuff in my old car just on the floor and it did a great job of deadening the sound of the exhaust on the motorway as it tended to drone a bit
