Sound deadening

Much as i love my 172, the noise is a but much on a long trip.
So I'm going to add some sound deadeding. Has anyone else done this?
I was going to start with the boot and under the rear seats, or are there any other areas i should do first?
And is there any difference between dodomat, dynamat, noico, etc?

I've just found this thread from @frayz , which i think gives me all the answers!

EH?. . . WHAT?... Sound deadening.

So I'm guessing there are still a good few of us who use their Clios on the road and even some like me that use it as a daily driver. A couple of threads recently have gotten me thinking into adding some (reasonably) lightweight sound deadening to try and make the little Clio a bit more refined...
