Does the dynamique 03 model come with a 6 cd disk changer,also does it have stalk control for the cd player as standard,Thanks

No changer (optional) but comes with a stock control.

It will have a single slot CD player as standard, multi-changer was an optional extra - both will be controlled by the standard steering wheel controls/stalk control.
