E46 325ci

  E46 325ci, ZX10r E9f
Picked this up yesterday, another 9 hour round trip :dead: must buy local next time. After taking the recaros out of the megane the original seats were so uncomfortable. Driving back was lovely though, very comfy.

These are only the dealer photos, will update after I've cleaned it.
Things to sort out are the wheels are in desperate need for a refurb, renew the badges and fit a dynavin or similar unit.
It's very clean inside and no marks on the outside apart from the wheels. Very happy with it so far, even if it isn't the 330.

Looks lovely, although i would want a 330 over a 325 as tax and mpg are the same. Still very nice!

Cheers for the comments, didn't consider anything but a manual.

Did enquire about a few 330s but either they didn't want my car in part ex or they offered me very silly money.

These rock on for ages. Although less powerful than the 330 it seems to help longetivety

Getting round to tidying the car up

1[SUP]st[/SUP] job I did was to sort out the marked door pulls.

Got a week off work so got up early today and cracked on with washing the car.

Also clayed it, this was the roof.

Everything else was inbetween

After that applied some autoglym SRP, EGP and then a coat of fk1000 high temp wax, that’s all I had suitable so need to get something else
Will probably put another coat on later today.

Plans are as I said just to tidy it up. Alloys are in desperate need of a refurb, so going to have a go at doing one this week to see how i get on with it. Also need to change all the badges, will probably go with black and white as I think they’ll suit the silver.

The mirror glass could do with being replaced along with other bits and bobs will keep this thread updated after I’ve done something.

Thanks for looking, sorry for so many photos.

Great looking car! Really fancied a 320cd but hold a strong price

Yeah, I didn't want to pay £40! I've got a tin of satin black, so I'll give that a try. Ta.

Very easy job and there's plenty of videos on youtube incase you don't know how to get the door cards off. 5 bolts for the door card and 6 bolts on the back holding the grab/pull on

I was looking for a guide and thats spot on. A lad on E46 Zone said about spraying it with satin black, and I thought exactly what Rob did.

Never got round to trying to refurb my alloys, been too cold and haven't had time this week. so I'm thinking of getting some new alloys until I get time to do mine and I won't have to rush doing them.

couple of shops I've done, both will be 18" staggered

My 325ci on 18 inch CSL reps. I live fairly close to Bradford, so can I be cool?

I think it looked better on these than standard, but each to their own.

If my MV2's hadn't been wearing a new set of Bridgestone's I think I'd have gone for 19's and a drop. If your not going to lower it 19's don't work IMO.

But his looked better standard?

Fake CSL's are cool on an e46, but only if you live in Bradford, not west wales.

lol at west wales.

Is the car lowered at all,coz that looks nice.

No that was just on the standard suspension.

Thanks, doesn't look crap like what others suggest.

A friend of a friend has got some wheels for sale, not sure what they are yet, hopefully will find out this week. They'll do while I get on with refurbing mine.
