haha sounds like me, even though I would never rent a flat again, so s**t, I hate flats unless they are ground floor. Also a nightmare to work/wash the car unless you can do it somewhere else! You can get 2 bedrooms houses for basicly the same price but not a new build.

So what was the point in stripping the Clio and making it OE then? To make a few quid? :/ Seems pointless Andy!!!
