ebay account hacked...HELP!

our ebay accound has been hacked, they have accessed it, changed the password and are trying to sell a skoda through our name, they have also altered the e-mail so the username is the same but it ends in msn.com instead of aol, so any questions go direct to them..

how can we go about solving this as ebay doesnt have a helpline phone number..

Or just bid on it with a new account silly ridiculous bids and keep doing so til you can get them to stop

I had this happen to me!
Started by me not being able to login to my excite mail account, finally got in after getting it reset and there were loads of Ebay notification emails about winning auctions!
I just sent the people emails saying I had my account hacked and also reported it to Ebay, nothing bad seemed to happen.

Look for a link where you can talk to someone LIVE about the issue and they should be able to shut it down for you. Sorry I dont have time to find it right now.

well its ok to use, but dont use it from the email, go to your ebay account through the normal way and answer questions there, if you go through your email there is a chance its fake and it asks you to put in your username and password in as the genuine one does, its caught loads of people out
