ebay/paypal question

Im trying to buy something from america. But the sellers account wouldnt let me buy because my ebay and paypal accounts wernt linked. I have now linked them but still no joy.

Anyone got any ideas?

You just have the normal account ?? Or the premier one ?? are you verified ?

I have the premier one & am verified, never have a prob buying from the US.

Yes i have premier account and am verified. Il get my mate to get it for me, its easier lol.
