right, sitting comfortable?

I sold a bike saddle on ebay a few weeks ago, I sent the item off first class recorded, I then recieved the saddle back as the guy i sent it to did not collect it from the post office in time. He then contacted me asking for my to send it to him again, this time just standard first class (additional cost for me) which i did. Hes now saying the item hasn't arrive. So where do we stand?

Not sure if this is deliberate or not, but a thread regarding a bike saddle you start by saying "sitting comfortable?" then finish with "where do we stand?"

Either way, if he didn't pay for recorded delivery/courier/RMSD then more fool him, not your bother - If you still have the receipt from the PO to say it was sent then email him a copy over aswell.

How long has it been since you sent it? The postage wont chase/claim for anything unless it has been gone for 14days.
