I sold a phone on ebay about 2 weeks ago and have just had an email from paypal to say that the payment has been held .....which i think is due to the guy using a stolen paypal account.
Ive checked the tracking number everyday and still the phone hasnt been deliverd.
I spoke to a royal mail customer services about a week ago who told me that the parcel was held at 1 of there sorting offices and wont be attempted to be deliverd again and the person will have to collect....I asked if i could get it returnd to me and she said that id have to wait for 21 days to pass and then it would be deliverd back to me.
Does anyone work for the royal mail and is it possible for me to have the parcel held at all at the sorting office...as the 21 days are up this friday and knowing my look he'll probably collect it this week
...as i sold the phone for £300 dont really want to be loosing that kind of money this time of the year.
Any ideas guys would be much appreciated.
