Yes. it does have that.

eariler versions dont have esp/tcs

he might mean the emergancy braking system which some lagunas have.not sure if the clios have got it.this is a system that applys maximum braking assistance if the computer detects that you are doing an emergancy stop.there is a sensor that detects how fast the pedal is being pressed and a valve/solenoid in the servo that causes maximum servo assistance.the system keeps maximum assistance on the brakes until the vehicle stops or the driver completly releases the brake pedal.
