ECU/Code Reader

Does anyone know where i can get a ECU/Code Reader for my 1.2 2000 Clio, I brought 1 before and was told it will work with it but when i try it, it actually dosent work with it

Any help would be really greatful as Renault are charging £75 to look at the problem that might cause my SERV and Airbag Light not too work

where you based as you could try mine before you buy one, mines a Cartool memoscan U381 and works on my mk2 ph1 1.2 16v 2001 y reg.
