I pulled my speed sensor from the back of the radio on the meggy

RPM, i used just the injector (pick it up on the injector)

TPS, cant remember needing it for my AVC-R but it was a while ago

Cool. Sounds easy to hook up the AVCR then. I am not sure if I need throttle position, but it does say to hook it up.

Thinking about it i did take a tps signal. But i think you can run it without np

Having read a bit more of the manual it looks like the most important connection is to the rpm signal.

bump for the pinouts. Got a datalogger on order now so, want to make a tidy loom close to the ecu without stretches wires around the engine bay.

These the pinouts for the standard siemens siruis 34 ecu?

You running a cable throttle I assume? As there isn't really a throttle position as with the Ph2/3 as its calculated from the signal from the electric pedal.

Speed pulse is Pin 33 of the ABS/ESP Computer
Injector 1 is Pin 59 of the ECU
Injector 2 is Pin 90 of the ECU
Injector 3 is Pin 60 of the ECU
Injector 4 is Pin 89 of the ECU

Throttle Pedal Pot.1 is Pins 6, 14, and 75 of the ECU
Throttle Pedal Pot.2 is Pins 71, 43 and 87 of the ECU

RPM signal to the clock looks as though it comes across the canbus network like a lot of the readings for the clocks so f**k knows where you'll get an rpm pulse from. (not 100% from the diagrams as i've got no experience with canbus)

Got all the wires through the bulkhead. just got to splice into ecu now.

Follow the lines from the master cylinder under the bonnet to it its on the passenger side of the car low down a big block with loads of lines and a wires going to it.

Got another couple of things I wanna check before i start pulling wires apart. Is pin 30 of the injection computer the power?

I am powering a datalogger off a 12V relay, is there any good place to power this relay when ignition is on? I was going to use a wire from the cigarette lighter, but this switches off momentarily when starting the car.

You could pick an ignition live up from the iso radio power loom if its in the cabin. Otherwise there are plenty of other places you can pick on up, especially in the bay.

Ideally I wanit all in the engine bay to minimise the wires through the bulkhead.

I have the wiring diagrams now, so think I might be able to find a source. It's just very hard tracing the wires around.lol.

Which ones have you got? The proper renault ones? Or otherwise? Theres a good few you can choose from looking at the ones i've got.
