Eibach or H&R springs???

  Clio GT 128
hi there looking for some help, i drive a mk3 clio gt 128 and i was looking at lowering it. :p I can get the eibachs in 30mm or the HRs in 45mm, was wondering which would be best. I belive that the gts have stiffened dampers standard so is it possible to go as low as 45mm without changing them? also if anyone has any pics of their gt lowered could you please upload some pics, cheers:D

Everyone recommends Eibach by the sounds of it.... I have Apex on mine at the minute but I s'pose it depends what you want the springs on for?

Lowering it so it just looks good or lowering it to improve the handling if you take it on tracks etc...

IMO i dont think 45mm would be too low... mine are 40mm at the minute but it looks like there is more room to go lower..
