Eibach Springs...

Looking at picking up some 2nd hand eibachs, that are coming off a 1.2. Can someone please confirm that they will fit my 172, they are all the same right?

they may fit but they arent going to be the ones you want

im not really looking for a drop, just less body roll, is that still an issue?

the Eibach springs are NOT 172/182 specific, they are listed to fit all the models in the range, apart from the 1.2 which has its own springs

they are listed as

1.2 - E10-75-001-01-22
1.4, 1.6, 2.0, 1.5 dCi, 1.9 D, 1.9 dTi - E10-75-001-02-22

its really strange actually, you would think if anything the 172/182 would be the one with different springs than the other models

plus in the tech notes on the site it says if the car is factory lowered then the springs lower the car less, by that amount, so the 30mm springs would by that logic only lower a 172/182 by 10-15mm ?
