elecrtical incident warning light help!!!

the electrical incident warning light has recently come on in my cliosport 2004... it is causing my car to rev by itself to 3000rpm, and i have limited response when pressing my accelerator.... can anyone help me

throttle pedal, throttle body or wiring loom issues. get a good diagnostic garage to have a look! fault codes 9/10 are symptoms of the fault so be careful or it could cost u a fortune and not fix it!
