Electric Sunroof Glass Removal

I am trying to replace the glass seal on my sunroof for my 2004 renault clio, it has a tilt and slide electric sunroof and i have already removed the sunroof from the car and it is on my kitchen table, but i can't find a way to get the glass off to replace the seal, can anyone help?

OK. Found out how to do that, problem now is I've replaced all seals, refitted roof frame, but when put glass back its no longer square. ie. One side is more advanced than the other. Is it possible that one side worm gear setup has moved? Help please.
