Electric window problem

Not long had the car and knew that it needed some work on it so thismay be the first post of many. My first problem is that the passanger window seems to wired wrong as the switch on both the drivers and passangrs side opperates differently to that of the drivers window. If you push the switch down the window goes up and so if you pull the switch up it makes the window go down. I was wondering how easy this could be to fix?

Might be as simple as just flipping the wires round on the bottom of the switch.
