Electrical Warning Light

I was on the motor this morning travelling around 200 miles, after using the cruise control and then turning it of the EFL came on and stayed on.
It could just be a coinsidance that it happened after i had used the cruise.

I have done some searches but they all come back with misfire and EML on at the same time. My car runs fine but the light stays on.

What could it be? Is there a reset of some description? I have the return leg of my journey tomorrow so just wanna make sure that im not gonna
burst into flames on the M1 :S

After more digging around its not the electrical light but the toxic fume light. So would suggest coils knackered.

or lambda? anything like that
