computer security cover cut the loom , easy to spot , faulty spark plugs, ecu software reprogramme, poss faulty throttle body.
all the above common faults. is it in a renault garage?

you on about the electrical fault symbol ?
as sean said it can be the loom , near the top of the ECU it has a cage and this cuts through the wiring loom.
could also be faulty coil pack or throttle postition sensor but that means a new throttle body ££
