emissions problem

hey,
im a member on corsa-c.co.uk, so im asking this on behalf of my cousin...
she owns a 04 plate clio and has called me up saying that the emissions light has come on...
now ive had this in my corsa before and i presume it could be one of the following (although i dont know, as ive never worked on a clio, and dont know whether they have these parts..)
- crankshaft sensor
- oxygen sensor

could someone be a nice person and shed some light on the matter?

It could be a dodgy Lambda Sensor. Thats the first thing i would think it could be.

Just my little input but my emissions light came on in my 182 when I ran a tank of poverty spec standard unleaded through it, as soon as I went back to the expensive stuff it went off, dam things too used it! lol
