EML - Oil temp

So i bought my 182 2 weeks ago, and the seller said the EML comes on every once in a while. My mate who was with me had a reader so plugged it in and it came up as Oil Temp.

As i am a total new kid to all of this, would this be likely just to be a sensor? If so easy job? pricey?

If not what could it be?

Also got the servvairbag light on but i think they are just the connectors

the engines are good at holding reasonable oil temps even when used hard, If I were you the first thing i'd do would be change the oil for some good stuff (with a new filter).
