Engine and Boot problem...

Got my car back from dealers who fixed a window seal and broken seat under warranty. However, last two nights ago when I started the engine, the boot opened. This happened twice but I thought I must've pressed the button on my key card. It's happening most times now but doesn't happen every time I stop and start the engine. I'd appreciate peoples thoughts on what this could be.
