Engine bay

Whilst my engine is out thought i might pay a visit to the car and get the engine bay looking nice and clean.. Any tips or ideas to make it a little special?

Chrome strut brace, Painted / chromed rocker cover. Coloured spark plug leads !!

give it a goood scrubbin with gunk or similar - yeah like leigh said how crazy you want it?!

i rememebr seeing a mk2 golf in max sh*te about 3yrs ago, the nutter had chromed EVERYTHING that could be chromed, the whole of the underneath of the car, the lot. looked mad, but just ridiculous to think of the money he must have thrown at it!

Id love to clean my engine bay - would take too long though and no one would ever see it.. hehe.

True but as there is no engine in and i have easy cleaning access may as well...

oh, if you aint got an engine in, then yea, clean it..

iv got some new caliper paint by e-tech and it sez on that u can paint the bay up to 150 degrees. any ideas where i can paint and where i cant!!! at themo its jus clean as hell but i may as well use it if i can i was gonna paint the main rocker cover
