whats the best stuff to use?? ... do you lot use the heat resistant stuff? .. or simply prime and paint away? ......any advice would be sound.. i need something to do this weekend!

i did mine with normal automotive paint mate. think thats what most people use. mine been done about 18 months and there is no flakey paint or anything

sound .. i've got a load of ford frozen white like, which are what i done my interior trim with .. just prime it and lash on eah ... sounds good to me!!
