I'm planning to replace the radiator and fan, and decided to have an idea on what others are doing.

Really? Replacement rad 100 quid and original fan lasts forever?

In fact get a nissen one from eBay for 30 quid

I have the nissen rad but the problem what fan I have to use the original one does not work and if I want to buy the OEM fan from Renault it's really expensive... I was thinking to put a 16 inch fan I guess its better

Search for a used original fan then. They should really last forever, usual for one to die ime
