Engine luke warm!!!

Just took my car out as seemed a little slower than normal, so gave it some beans for around 20mins or so.

But when got back noticed that the engine was still not hot
Any reason why this is, is this good or bad.:S

Good i guess, mine used to get too hot to touch after only 5 minutes of driving.

^ i saw your driving on the west brom meet though
May be coolant sensor, get iot pluged in at your local garage and see what it comes up with, usually around £30

Thermostat stuck open......
