engine management light on

Please help. Just bought a 182 ff with engine management light on after fault reading it, it gave out o2 sensor heater circuit sensor 1 and 2. Has anyone else had this problem and is it worth fixing

testing a simple wiring fault but ideally the sensors need function testing before replacing anything.

I disconnected my battery and when I popped it back my engine management light came on? What do I need to check? Shall I buy an RS Tuner?
