I've got the engine management light up on the dash at the moment. Does anyone know if it resets itself after a number of ignition cycles or if it can only be cleared down with a diagnostic machine?
I had it cleared down last week at a cost of £20 and it was showing the upstream lambda as the culprit so I'm guessing it's definately had it. Obviously I don't see the point paying to clear it again if it will right itself once the lambda is replaced and it's been driven a few times?
