Engine management

I have a problem with my engine. The engine management light is flashing and the car runs very rough and has very slow acceleration. I first thought the problem was with one of the spark plugs and it was only firing on 3 cylinders but i have now sorted the problem with the spark plug but i still have the problem. Im wondering now if its a problem with the manifold gasket or something?

O2 sensor??? Mine sometimes comes on and when i plug it into the code reader it says it was one of the O2 sensors. Mine never runs rough though, just as it should.
