Engine mounts.which one is buggered?

Just fitted lower one.has made a good improvement but not perfect on the exhaust hitting sub frame. Could it be the top one also? Fitted a poly bush solid type but i didnt like the vibrations.

This is the 172/182? There are 4 mounts: the one under the battery (and the battery tray itself is part of the mount, it can break), the dog bone under the car, the mount near the accessory belt that's the most obvious, and another under the gearbox at the front -- this usually lasts a long time.

Check the battery box itself it might be broken, they were on both my 172s. One had beed welded previously.
