eninge mangmnet light just came on , no other lights

driving home then from outlon park with a mate, and next thing looked at my das and saw the engine mangment light was on,no limp home mode, turned it of started it , still on, nothing elce on other than the abs fault lights im already aware of, help any one

You need to get it plugged in to a code reader to see what fault code it has thrown.

If you plug it into an RS Tuner or other code reader, it should give you some info on why.
