erratic steering!!!

I've noticed recently that when I do a right hand corner at over 40mph the steering will take an abrupt swerve while mid cornering!!
Clio 182 54 plate.

Any ideas?

Check the baottom ball joint arb bsuhes and mounts also stearing arms.
