Error Codes

Had my car on a diagnostic, and its shown up the codes:

301 = Brake pedal sensor circuit

309 = Cruise Control/speed limiter

Wonded if any one can shed me some light into what the problem is??

Would it just be the brake pedal switch if naffed, as iam betting there both linked

Sounds like it. The brake pedal switches the CC off when it's being used so I'd guess at that.
Might be worth getting the opinion of someone who's better informed than I am though.
