Diagree with you there Bluey, an 18 month of 182 wouldnt make 9000 trade now. So when the new car arrives, and demand for th eolder ones fall, you can imagine the impact on trade prices.
A car/chassis within the motor industry has 1 trade value that the dealer will write the car to the books at, genrally a £200 differnce can apply up a dn down the country, obvioulsy depending on area demand.
The reason people genrally think there can be £1000s of pounds worth difference depedning on dealers, is because; if a deaeler has £1000s profit across the car your lookimg at PXing aginst they will discount profit from their car to show a higher PX value for yours. Its as simple as that.
