Sorry Griff I am a fairly new member & wouldnt have known if it wasnt for other members postings. I have deleted topic, but in summary write to Renault UK customer services (cost 28p for a stamp), who will provide 3 years warranty as long as your able to provide the sales invoice, inside page of service book, log book & a utility bill with your addres on.

Sales invoice from????? Got mine from motorpoint, does that invoice from them count?

I believe so, just write to Renault UK & they will send you a letter asking for the above.
