Spotted a blue clio that looked like EvilJohns - end of reg was MMS.

Spotted at the traffic lights at the end of the meadows about 10.45ish

It was def a guy that was driving it!! car was a W reg too.
Didnt get a proper look at the driver as i was trying to stop my nephew escaping from his car seat lol
