Excel help please.......urgent

I've just made a 15 page long excel document, but on print preview it's showing up as 51 pages long, it also goes down a long way on the scroll thing up and down....

How can I reduce this to 15 pages, if you know what I mean....

preview it and then print the pages u want to

or set print area to the area you want to print

File - Page set up - Fit to 1 wide by 15 tall - see what that does - may make it too small to see depending on the layout of your document

May also have to select the area you want printed and click file select print area - this will avoid any erroneous cells being included

^ didnt work mate, thanks for the help.

I know I could select it all, jus wondered if there was a way to compress the size kind of thing, instead of having a really long document for something relatively small.

set the print area then change it to fit 1 by 15 pages

If you are having difficulty with Excel you could do a lot worse than join this site (its free) and ask a question.

You usually get a quick reply, the more complicated the question the more they seem to like it.
They've helped me out in the past with some quite complicated formulas and bits of VBA.

Be sure to put as much information as possible in your question, as well as which version of Excel you are using.
Also worth doing a search first.
