So what do the clio 182 best respond to
Cheapish engine mods exhaust and lowering alloys etc
What mods bring out the best in the clio renaultsports

engines require big money to gain anything tangeable really, best bet is just chuck a stainless exhaust on, decent panel filter in the airbox and RSTuner map it to get her running healthy and pretty much stock power (they always run lower than book tbh)
cooksport or eibach sportline springs are popular, on standard new dampers and then many opt for 15" wheels as the rubber is cheaper

Is the rs tuner map an actual map any tuner can do or is the company called rs tuning who do the map?
Yup I wanted to supercharge my 172 cup what money wise wasn't worth it for age of car
I'm looking for a nice burbly exhaust
Don't know if decats good or not
Lower it slightly
And maybe a remap like you say

Apart from the map - that's the list I've had done to mine.

As mentioned, if keeping N/A - prepare to spend big for not much gain at all. The OEM exhausts are useless - far too heavy, quiet and have pea-shooter tail-pipes. Again standard, I think the 182 sits too high - I'm on my second set of Eibachs now and just use OEM dampers with them. Lastly, was the panel filter - which in real-world terms, I can't tell if its fitted or not without taking the airbox cover off!

Simple bits help too. Changing oils frequently (get the gearbox oil swapped if there's no record of it being done) - and maybe up-rating the front discs and pads to something a bit better spec? You don't need to go silly - especially if it's not going on track - but just something with a bit more bite and less fade when pressing on.

Can you buy the rubber thumb inserts or is it a new wheel mine got ripped back to plastic
A nice set of cup turinis would be nice but I never knew the correct tyre pressure to have them at
And brake wise I'm looking at new pads and disks all round
