Experienced a ride in an Aston Martin Vantage V12 today!

Well after many many years of loving Aston's since I was a teenager, I had the opportunity to be a passenger in a V12 Vantage today :approve:

Its the fastest car I've ever had the pleasure of being in (I know its not a Veyron) but its still an amazing bit of kit and the noise.....OH THE NOISE of that V12 both on idle and on full chat is spine tingling and the way it picks up from 70mph+ is ridiculous, it makes a Clio seem like a push bike in comparison with its ~510bhp

This was all on a, ahem, private test track so it was given some beans!!

Was very lucky to have a ride in a DB7 a few years a go, the V12. My god the noise.

In short, my g/f's, sister's hubby has some friends in high places which his company does work for, and was lent the Aston for the weekend while the boss was away

So I just HAD to have a ride in it

Lol, driving an Escort Cossie isnt a bad thing though!! Just goes to show how the other half live eh driving Astons round everyday......Now to save up my £100k for a used one haha

One of my customers is a test engineer for Aston, he turned up in a LHD V12 convertible Vantage a few months back, over 300,000 miles on the clock of that one!

Was lucky enough to be the passenger in a limited edition Aston when they released the old Vantge 600. Was a v600 Le Mans, Same as one in link, was one of the 600bhp versions and was a lovely champagne gold colour.
