f**king reno again!!!





they want my car for two days to fix a cracked radiator fan! are they f**king stupid or what. its not that difficult. mean while i have to get the bus!

This IS Renault your talking about.

No insult to some of the Renault employes on here. But Renault do emplyee more of there fair share of morons no one going to sue them for discriminating against morons are they.

Can you not ask for a courtesy car/ a test drive of somehting more powerful?
 


they havent got any courtesy cars at the moe! f**king bull! i said what the problem was and they told me they need to assess the problem and assured me they are doing everything they can. i wish id done it myself now!

you might find one dealer reluctant to take on a warranty issue that was being dealt with at another dealers though - although it is you prerogative to take it to whatever dealer you want, you know what theyll be like with you.
 


On the subject of courtesy cars... @ Ren Enfield (my Cup is going back for the 2nd time to get alarm sorted) they offered me one. Said I had to sort out insurance on it though.

Surely if they are sorting a problem with their car still under warrenty they should pay courtesy car insurance?
